Calling all pasta lovers. Step into a monthly culinary journey inspired by the flavors of Italy and crafted by the chefs of Pastaria Vivi.

Each month, we curate a seasonal selection of handmade fresh pastas, paired with housemade sauces and thoughtfully chosen artisan ingredients. Designed to bring the warmth of an Italian kitchen to your table, every box makes it effortless to create a restaurant-quality dinner at home.

From delicate hand-rolled noodles to rich, slow-simmered sauces and specialty accompaniments, every element is selected to highlight authentic flavors, premium ingredients, and the craft of traditional pasta making.

Each monthly box includes:

  • Two varieties of fresh handmade pasta

  • Two chef-crafted pasta sauces

  • A curated pairing component — such as artisanal cheese, premium meats, seasonal condiments, or specialty Italian ingredients

August Pasta Box:

This month’s Vivi Pasta Box brings together two Italian classics that celebrate some of our favorite flavors of late summer as well as a tasting of two varieties of the Pecorino cheese family. 

Inside the August Vivi Pasta Box you’ll find: 
  • Spaghetti #8 with Carbonara
  • Linguine with Pesto alla Genovese
  • A few ounces of Pecorino Romano, to be paired with Spaghetti #8 Carbonara
  • A few ounces of Pecorino Sardo, to be paired with Linguine Pesto alla Genovese
  • Freshly baked caramelized onion focaccia

Our spaghetti, which is extruded in-house from our bronze dies at specifically the “#8” diameter measuring roughly 1.7 to 2.0 mm wide, paired with a rich, classic carbonara is a comforting dish that reminds us why timeless recipes never go out of style. Alongside it, our linguine is tossed with bright, aromatic Pesto alla Genovese, allowing fresh basil, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Sardo, pine nuts, and olive oil to take center stage. 

Finished with two exceptional Italian cheeses and our freshly baked caramelized onion focaccia, it’s a box that balances hearty comfort with the bright flavors of the season.
