PASTARIA VIVI — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Pastaria Vivi, we want you to love every item you take home. Please review our return policy below.

Food & Beverage Products

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, all food and beverage purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fresh pasta

  • Sauces and pestos

  • Take & bake items

  • Olive oils, vinegars, and pantry items

  • Cheeses and charcuterie

  • Tinned fish

  • Baked goods and desserts

  • Any other consumable products

If you receive a food product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or pickup at info@pastariavivi.com.
We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Food Retail Items

(Ceramics, kitchen tools, accessories, and other non-consumable merchandise)

We accept returns of non-food retail items within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Refund Method: Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit, at your preference.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or pickup at info@pastariavivi.com.

Pastaria Vivi reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Online Orders (In-Store Pickup Only)

All orders placed through pastariavivi.com are prepared for in-store pickup only at:

We do not currently offer shipping or delivery.

Pickup Timing

Online and pre-ordered items should be picked up on the scheduled pickup date and time selected at checkout.

Because many of our products are freshly prepared and perishable, orders that are not picked up on the scheduled day may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be discarded and will not be eligible for refund.

Monthly Pasta Subscription

Monthly pasta subscription orders are prepared fresh for the scheduled pickup date and are non-refundable once prepared.

Subscription cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date by contacting info@pastariavivi.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All food and beverage products

  • Items that have been used, opened, or are not in original condition

  • Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

How to Initiate a Return

Bring the item, in its original packaging, along with your receipt to:

A team member will inspect the item and process your return.

Refunds are processed at the time of return; however, it may take 5–10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
