Pasta Cooking Instructions:
The Art of the Perfect Al Dente
Bringing the restaurant experience into your home begins with the boil. Because our pasta is freshly handmade, it requires a shorter cook time than dried varieties. Follow these instructions to ensure your meal is served exactly as our chefs intended.
1. The Pot
Use a large pot with plenty of water to allow the noodles to move freely.
2. The Salt
Season your water generously with sea salt. It should "taste like the ocean"—this is your only chance to season the pasta itself.
3. The Boil
Wait for a vigorous, rolling boil before adding your pasta.
Fresh Pasta Cook Times
Tortellini — 5-6 Minutes
Pappardelle — 5 Minutes
Farfalle — 5 Minutes
Ravioli — 5 Minutes
Cappellacci — 5 Minutes
Bucatini — 4 Minutes
Fettuccine — 4 Minutes
Gluten-Free Selection
GF Fusilli — 3 Minutes
*Recommended cook times are approximate. Remember to taste your pasta 30 seconds before the timer ends to ensure the doneness you prefer.
Finish in the Pan
For the best results, toss your pasta directly into a simmering sauce for an additional 30 seconds of cooking.
Pro Tip
“Save the Liquid Gold Before draining, reserve a small cup of the starchy pasta water. Adding a splash to your sauce helps it cling perfectly to the noodles. Never rinse fresh pasta; the surface starch is essential for a restaurant-quality finish.”

Lasagna Baking Instructions
Our House made Lasagna is fully prepared and ready to bake in the provided container. Follow the steps below for best results.
Oven Temperature: 375°F
Total Bake Time: 45 minutes
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Preheat your oven
Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove lasagna from refrigeration while the oven heats to take the chill off slightly.
2. Covered Bake — 30 Minutes
Place the lasagna (with lid on) on the center rack of the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes, allowing the interior to heat evenly and the flavors to fully develop.
3. Uncovered Bake — 15 Minutes
Carefully remove the lid and return the lasagna to the oven.
Continue baking for 15 minutes, uncovered, until the top is bubbling, lightly crisped, and golden brown.
4. Rest Before Serving
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. This helps the layers set and ensures clean slices.
Chef’s Notes
Ovens may vary slightly; if your lasagna is deeply golden and bubbling around the edges, it’s ready.
For extra color, you may broil for 1–2 minutes at the end—watch closely.
